SHIPPING MONITORING

You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the'order containing the tracking provided by the carrier, which you will needto to monitor delivery. Within 24 hours of shipment you will see the first updated information from the courier by clicking on the tracking.

TIMES and SHIPPING COSTS

Orders placed from Mondaythe to Fridaythe by 12:00 (Italian time - GMT + 1) will be given to the courier on the same day. After this time the shipment will beto carried out the next business day. All orders placed on Fridaythe after 14:00 they will be managed from Mondaythe next morning.

We wish to remind you that in certain periods of the'year or due to force majeure times may vary slightly.

Shipping cost: 7.50€ for Italy, € 19.90 for Europe, € 39.90 for the rest of the world. Free shipping for orders over € 150 in Italy and Europe, for orders over € 200 in the rest of the world.

DHL DELIVERY PROCEDURE

You can pick up the package or contact our customer service to reschedule a delivery. If you don't, the package will returnto in stock.

BARTOLINI DELIVERY PROCEDURE

In the event that the recipient is absent, the courier will leaveto a notice will cometo made a second delivery attempt on the working day following the first. If that too will not goto upon successful completion the package will cometo sent to the branch and the courier proverto to contact you by phone to schedule a new delivery.

L'order andrto in stock if the courier failsto to track you down or if the new delivery attempt failsto. You will have ten days to request a new delivery or have the package returned to the warehouse.
